Sunday, August 23, 2026:
Jesus said: “My people, in the first reading Eloikim was given the sash and keys to be the new leader of Israel. In the Gospel I asked My apostles who they thought I am. Simon Peter proclaimed: ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’ I told Peter that this was revealed to him by My Father. Then I gave Simon a new name of Peter, and he would be the rock on whom I would build My Church. So Peter became the first Pope, and I gave him the keys to the Kingdom of heaven. I told My apostles not to tell anyone that I am the Christ. The priest in his homily encouraged us to know the name of our neighbor at church, and to share our faith with others. I have already died and I rose from the dead to bring salvation to all the souls who accept Me. My people can reach out to help save souls for My Kingdom.”
