Tuesday, August 25, 2026: (St. Joseph Calasanz)
Jesus said: “My people, in the Gospel I was calling out the woes to the Pharisees for being hypocrites in their actions. They used many of their earthly traditions as laws for themselves. They focused more on the earthly things instead of on the spiritual virtues. I was trying to teach them to be more loving of their neighbor, instead of placing heavy burdens on the people which they did not lift a finger to lighten. I wanted the people to love even their enemies so they could try to perfect their lives. By loving Me and their neighbor, they could be on the right path to heaven.”

Trisagion Prayer:

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O Heavenly King, Comforter, Spirit of Truth, Who art everywhere present and fillest all things, Treasury of good things and Giver of life: come and dwell in us, and cleanse us of all impurity, and save our souls, O Good One.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

All-holy Trinity, have mercy on us. Lord, cleanse us of our sins. Master, pardon our iniquities. Holy One, visit and heal our infirmities for Thy name’s sake.

Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
